The kitchen came with every item known to man, we were able to save money by buying food and cooking meals in the completely furnished kitchen (better furnished than my own house's kitchen). The pantry even had some cooking essentials in it. My daughter liked the children's books on the book shelf. We were able to watch Christmas movies on the Netflix account that is on the TV. The view from each bedroom is breathtaking, you are basically right on the beach - separated only by the road and a nature strip before the beach starts.
